You can send to your recipients any document comprising any number of electronic files not exceeding 10 MB in any format. Files can be uploaded from your hard disk drive, network drive or cloud, or through API. Once a signatory makes a declaration of intent on approving the document, its content is authorised and, if it is a contract and all the required recipients approve it, it becomes legally binding unless otherwise provided by law.
Autenti does not process PDF documents secured by password or dynamic forms in PDF files (XFA forms).
