Autenti provides an opportunity to perform factual and legal actions which become an electronic signature by law. A signature put on Autenti meets the requirements for an electronic signature set forth in the Civil Code (applicable as of 8th September 2016) and the eIDAS Regulation in force since 1st July 2016.
