We use an Autenti certificate which is attached to every document signed on the platform. It contains e.g. a unique authorisation code, data of parties to the contract, time stamps, IP addresses and information on the document and its enclosures which, after signed, are combined and bound into one pdf file. When in a dispute, such certificate becomes appropriate court evidence. We also use a checksum for files to verify the integrity and authenticity of a document.
